We want you to be happy with your purchase from llxrs.com. This policy explains how to request a return, exchange, or refund for an eligible order.

Requesting a return

Contact jizatsebastian@gmail.com with your order number and the item or items you would like to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with original tags and packaging where applicable. Items that are damaged, altered, incomplete, or marked as final sale may not be eligible. Product-specific restrictions shown on the product page or at checkout also apply.

Exchanges

When available, we can help with an exchange for the same item in another available size or color, subject to inventory.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will email you the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

Return shipping

Return shipping arrangements and any applicable costs will be confirmed before the return is sent. Do not send returns to the address on this page unless our support team instructs you to do so.
